The main floor features two uniquely styled bedrooms, each equipped with a plush queen-sized bed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. There’s also a versatile office room, thoughtfully designed for remote work, which includes a futon styled bed for extra guests. Our bright, lively kitchen overlooks the backyard and side streets, offering lots of natural light and a vibrant atmosphere for whipping up anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. Head upstairs to find the master bedroom (queen size bed), a private sanctuary featuring a luxurious en-suite bathroom for your convenience. Also on the second floor, you’ll find a fully equipped laundry room, making longer stays a breeze. But that’s not all — the second floor also boasts a one-of-a-kind game room, a dynamic space perfect for entertainment, fun, and meaningful conversations. Whether you’re up for a board game, a spirited match, or just some relaxed time with friends, this space is ready to host your best memories. Important Information Before Booking Our home is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay — including kitchen utensils, pots, pans, wine and water glasses, and basic spices (salt, pepper, and a few extras). We also provide a coffee maker, dry cream, and sweeteners. If you run out during your stay, please let us know so we can restock for the next guest. You’ll just need to pick up your own groceries and any extra coffee supplies you may want! The garden unit floor is a separate unit/ entrance and not part of the guest space. Be mindful of noise level. House Rules When booking, you are agreeing to the following:     •    Guest Count: Please accurately list the number of guests staying. No additional overnight guests without prior approval.     •    Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, or accompanied by an adult guardian.     •    No Smoking, No Parties: No large gatherings, parties, or unapproved visitors are allowed.     •    Noise Policy: Respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors at all times.     •    No Pets: We do not allow pets in the home.     •    Respect the Home: Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms or on the beds.     •    Parking: Two driveway spots are available. There’s also free street parking — overnight parking requires a permit (available upon request). Street cleaning is every Friday. Serious Violations Any criminal activity, excessive noise, unauthorized guests, or damages could result in immediate removal from the property without a refund and additional charges may apply. Guest Communication To maintain the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you message us your reason for booking before you instantly book. We currently only accept guests with positive reviews from previous hosts. Quick Reminders     •    Please keep the back side gate closed to prevent wind damage.     •    Full access to garage driveway is provided; the garage is locked and off-limits.     •    Public transportation to Chicago is easily accessible nearby.
